This one is so good. I made this recipe one Saturday morning for a late breakfast/early lunch. However, I didn’t use gruyere cheese. I used a mixture of mozzarella and parmesan. The recipe calls for any white cheese. It was still delicious. Right when it came out of the oven, I sprinkled it with coarse sea salt and cracked black pepper. I also brushed it will melted butter. That really complimented the warm puff pastry and cheese!
